Postage charge for the collection of a Dirt Bike or Quad Bike by Pallet Service

Please order this item to arrange the collection from your location.

By ordering this item you will need to first agree to the following terms:

1. The item has been securly strapped to a standard pallet.
2. Reasonable attempts have been made to avoid damage during the return shipping.
3. The bike is complete, or details of any missing parts are included with the returned item.
4. The completed return documentation including a valid RMA number are included with the item.

If there was any damage to the bike when you received it this must be reported to us including pictures before the bike is collected.

We also recommend you take pictures of the bike before packing it in case of damage on the return.

Please make sure the correct address where your bike is to be collected from.

If when the courier comes to collect your bike it is not ready for collection or you have ordered the wrong type of service for the item you wish to return, they will cancel your booking and it is non-refundable.

If you bike is being returned under warranty, once we have received your returned item and it has been examined by an engineer, if the item is found to be faulty under the terms of the warranty sold with your item, and provided the fault is not something that should be expected as part of the normal routine maintenance for this type of item, or something that could be easily corrected without the need to return the item by sending you replacement parts free of charge, or due to misuse, we will be pleased to refund this charge.

Once you have placed this order we will contact you to make arrangements for the collection.
