Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges), you have 14 days (after the day you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. This is to give you time to inspect the goods to ensure they are what you wanted and are in good order before you accept and use them.

If you decide to cancel your order and return the item you will receive a full refund including any standard delivery charges. You will need to return the item at your cost, returned items must be in the condition you received them i.e. complete, unused, and correctly packed using all retaining straps and other devices for securing the item, the retail packaging must also be complete and undamaged. Please note this is not the returns address, we have different returns addresses depending on the product, once we receive your cancellation we will send you the appropriate return documentation which includes the return address for your product.

The products we sell are hobby products designed to take the knocks received in normal use and not show models, therefore they may have some minor scratches, scuffs or other marks.

You will need to return the item at your cost. Upgraded services chosen by you when you placed your order e.g. Saturday delivery instead of using our standard next working day delivery, are non refundable.

Returned items for refund must be in the condition you received them i.e. complete, unused, and correctly packed using all retaining straps and other devices for securing the item, the retail packaging must also be complete and undamaged.

An item will be considered to be used from the point fuel was added for Nitro and Petrol powered items, or when a battery has been charged or the item driven/flown for battery powered items. Therefore please examine the item thoroughly before adding fuel, charging the battery or driving/flying the item as doing so will be considered accepting the item under the terms of the warranty.
